COVID-19 April 9th

Hellooo Out There!!

Puppy hellos through the front glass doors are really not sufficient!

We hope you are all staying safe out there.
We’ve been thinking about you all and miss seeing your faces at the facility.

Thank you all for your patience, online messages of support, ideas and suggestions!

Brittany and I have been working every day (yes even weekends!) to make sure that the business can make it through this time: negotiating with the landlord and credit facilities, and learning what is available to help maintain the school though the mandated closures. All these red tape hoops are not nearly as fun as dog agility courses! Really. Can’t wait to get back to that – our poor dogs are so confused by all this doing nothing!!!

Acer says: “Maybe if I pay you, we can stop doing Office and do Agility???”

There are so many pressing commitments that need to be taken care of to keep the business running. Everything takes so much longer as I have figured out – trying to contact my bank rep, trips to the post office and even shopping for food has become a time consuming and stressful event.

With Brittany’s help,  I am developing online training formats to launch that take into account the variables of our different types of classes.  We are both immune compromised, we need to be additionally careful, so all other staff members have been advised to stay at home.  They are helping with what they can, although there is not much that they are able to contribute at this time. We are doing the best we can under the circumstances and want you to know how much we appreciate your patience and support as we navigate this new world we are in.

Maggie & Sola Working Hard from Home

Virtual private lessons are currently the most accessible option for those that are interested, especially if you have some pressing concerns.
We have had some real break throughs this week and last with those who have ventured down this  path.

We are looking froward to bringing training from our place to yours.

We love seeing your messages and videos of what you’re up to at home on Facebook and Instagram

In an effort to foster a community wave of gratitude please share on our Facebook page a photo or short story of how your dogs and puppies are helping you through these difficult times.

Many thanks to all of you who have purchased items, made donations or contributed to “Pay it Forward” fees.

You are keeping our Attitude of Gratitude strong!
