• If you or your dog are unwell please stay home.
• Please drive slowly at all times when entering or exiting the property.
• Parking is permitted in the area directly in front of the arena building.
• Dogs need to remain on leash at all times unless training in the arena. 
• There is an off leash fenced field that you can access with prior permission. 
• Absolutely no alcohol, smoking or vaping permitted on the property.

Use the Agility Arena, Off Leash Field and Pool at your own risk. The Blue Dream will not be held responsible for any incident that occurs during the use of the property. Owners assume full responsibility for any damage caused by their dog(s) to other dog(s), people or property.

Please pick up after your dog.  There is a green bin garbage can for poop bags located in front of the arena building.  Please do not litter and please take any garbage with you when you leave.  Do not let boy dogs lift their leg on the buildings, or any foliage adjacent to the entrances and exits.

Shock collars, choke chain collars or prong collars are not permitted on the property. If you have a reactive or unpredictable dog, please let us know beforehand so we can assess your dog’s ability to participate and ensure safety for all participants.

Agility Equipment for Facility Rentals: Please do not move the Dog Walk or A-Frame. The teeter may be moved only if there are at least two people moving it. You may move the jumps as needed for your training but please reset to the original position so that others may follow the course as outlined.

Please let us know if you find any damaged or faulty equipment so that we may maintain safety and quality of the equipment for the dogs. We assume no liability for any injuries incurred while you are moving equipment.

Instructional classes (group or private), seminars, fun matches or similar events are not permitted without prior approval.

Please avoid the use of crumbly treats, or toys that shed fibers so that bits of food or fur do not get mixed into the dirt footing. White cheese works very nicely and highly visible so easier to spot any stray pieces.

Dogs are not permitted to run or play freely anywhere inside the facility – arena, lounge or stables. Please keep dogs on leash or contained until you are ready for training. This will help to ensure that dogs are not urinating or defecating within the building or on any equipment.

Accidents within the building will result in a $20 cleaning fee.  Please do an initial cleaning with the spray and paper towel provided and mark the area with a cone.  Please notify us immediately so it may be cleaned thoroughly.  

For the sake of all other participating dogs, bitches in season may only train at the facility if wearing protective pants. 

Please turn off the lights when you leave.
